UPDATE: Former Acalanes Teacher Marshall Pfeiffer to Appear in Court on July 11

//   An official complaint against former Acalanes English teacher Marshall Pfeiffer, who was arrested in September on suspicion of possession of child pornography, was filed on April 7 by the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s (DA) office.

   Charges against Pfeiffer have been pending since he posted bail after his arrest, and he has been out of custody. Pfeiffer will appear in court on July 11 for his arraignment, in which he will be charged with a felony violation of the California Penal Code section 311.11(a).
