Baker and Bauer-Kahan Speak in School-Wide Election Simulation

// Acalanes students were given the privilege to speak with opposing nominees Catherine Baker (Republican incumbent) and Rebecca Bauer-Kahan (Democratic challenger) on Oct. 12 and Oct. 19 as part of a school-wide ‘election simulation’ organized by history instructor Kristen Anderson. Students will vote in favor of their preferred assemblywoman on Nov. 7, turning their ballots into the library by 1:00 p.m.

Baker and Bauer-Kahan will face off in the general elections for California State Assembly District 16 on Nov. 6.
